We came to Morocco as a group of friends chasing waves. We didn't expect to find a community. But that's exactly what happened. The people here welcomed us like family, showed us their surf spots, fed us their food, and shared what makes this stretch of coast so special. We didn't want to leave.
Zenno was built together with the people who know this place best. The locals bring the knowledge, the warmth, and the soul that makes every stay unforgettable. We feel lucky to share this corner of Morocco with you. And so do they.

The Host
Hamza is the host who makes sure every guest feels right at home. When he's not welcoming travelers from around the world, you'll find him catching waves or on the football pitch. His warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity about people make him a natural at bringing everyone together.
Mustapha
The Chef
Mustapha cooks every meal with love and local ingredients. His food is a daily celebration of Moroccan flavors — fresh, honest, and always made with care. One meal and you'll understand why people say dinner is the highlight of the day.
Ahmad
The Surf Coach
Ahmad grew up on these waves. He learned to surf before most of us knew what a surfboard was. Today he coaches with patience, passion, and that rare ability to make every beginner feel capable — and every experienced surfer push further.
Nouh
The Heart of the House
Nouh is the first face you see when you arrive and the last smile that sees you off. Warm, funny, and endlessly welcoming, he knows every guest by name and makes sure everyone feels at home from day one. He's also the photographer behind the scenes — most of the photos you see here are his work.

We're not full-time in Morocco. We have jobs, in marketing and AI. But this place pulls us back, every time. We built Zenno because we couldn't stop returning.

Joost runs marketing for Zenno between flights to Agadir. He's the one making sure everything looks good, both online and at the hostel.
Abdul
AI & Morocco Addict
Abdul works in AI and uses Morocco as his hard reset. He co-founded Zenno because coming back every few months wasn't enough. He wanted a reason to stay longer.
Joris
AI & Surf Obsessive
Joris builds things with AI by day and reads surf reports at night. He fell in love with this coast years ago and hasn't really left, even when he's physically somewhere else.

Chloé tells the Zenno story to the world. Photos, words, the vibe you see online — that's her. She's also the first to call out a bad wave forecast.
